What HVAC parts do you supply?
We supply a wide range of HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) components, including temperature sensors, pressure sensors, actuators, valves, controllers, thermostats, control modules, switches and other associated HVAC control equipment.
If you cannot find the part you need, please contact us with the manufacturer and part number and we’ll be happy to help.
Can you help identify an obsolete HVAC or BMS part?
Yes. We understand that older HVAC and BMS installations often contain components that are obsolete or difficult to source.
Where possible, we can help identify the original component and suggest a current replacement or suitable alternative.
What information should I provide when asking about a replacement?
The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to help. Ideally, please send:
- Manufacturer
- Full part or model number
- Clear photograph of the product label
- Voltage or power supply
- Sensor type or resistance, where applicable
- Control signal, such as 0–10V, 2–10V or 4–20mA
- Valve or actuator size and specification
- Details of the existing HVAC/BMS system
Do you supply temperature sensors?
Yes. We can supply a variety of HVAC temperature sensors for applications including room, duct, immersion, outside-air and pipe temperature measurement.
Different BMS controllers require different sensor characteristics, so it is important to select the correct sensor type.
Do you supply valve actuators and damper actuators?
Yes. We can supply actuators for a variety of HVAC applications.
When replacing an actuator, factors such as supply voltage, control signal, torque, operating direction, fail-safe operation, running time and mechanical connection should all be considered.
Are your parts suitable for all HVAC systems?
Compatibility depends on the individual product and application.
Always check the manufacturer's technical information and the requirements of your existing system before installation.
Do you supply to trade customers?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from HVAC engineers, BMS engineers, controls specialists, electrical contractors, facilities management companies and other trade customers.
Can you source parts that aren't shown on your website?
Possibly. Please contact us with the details of the component you require. We can check availability and possible alternatives.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Dispatch times depend on product availability. Stock items can normally be processed more quickly, while special-order or manufacturer-sourced components may have longer lead times.
The expected availability or lead time will be provided where applicable.
I can't find the part I'm looking for. Can you help?
Yes. Not every product we can source will necessarily be listed on our website.
Send us the manufacturer, model or part number and, if possible, a photograph of the existing component and its label. We can help identify the item and look for a suitable replacement.
How do I know if a replacement part is compatible?
HVAC and BMS components can look very similar while having different electrical characteristics, operating ranges, control signals or communication protocols.
We recommend checking the full manufacturer's part number and technical specification before ordering.
If you're unsure, contact us before placing your order.
Do you supply BMS components?
Yes. We supply components used within Building Management Systems and HVAC control applications, including sensors, actuators, controllers and associated control equipment.
Please contact us if you're looking for a specific BMS component.
What is the difference between 10K sensor types?
Not all 10K temperature sensors are interchangeable.
Although different sensors may measure approximately 10,000Ω at 25°C, their resistance curves can differ considerably at other temperatures.
Always check the exact thermistor specification required by your controller before ordering.
Can you supply replacement parts for older systems?
Where parts are still available, yes. If the original product has been discontinued, we may also be able to help identify a modern equivalent.
Can I send you a photograph of the part I need?
Absolutely. In fact, photographs can be extremely helpful when identifying older or unfamiliar HVAC components.
For the best chance of identification, please include a clear photograph of the complete component and a close-up of any manufacturer's label, wiring information or part number.
Can I order individual components?
Yes. Where available, components can be supplied individually, making our service suitable for both one-off replacement requirements and larger projects.
Do you provide technical advice?
Yes. We can help with product identification, specifications and compatibility information where possible.
However, HVAC and BMS equipment should always be installed and commissioned by a suitably competent person, and the manufacturer's installation instructions should be followed.
What happens if I order the wrong part?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Return eligibility will depend on the condition of the item and our returns policy. Special-order, configured or made-to-order products may have different return conditions.
